Atrium Campus Setup
Atrium Campus Connect is the mobile platform Highlands College students use to access their digital student ID and HC Cash directly on their phones.
With the app, students can:
- Access their digital student ID
- Add their ID to Apple Wallet
- View HC Cash balances
- Manage mobile credential access
Before You Begin
Before setting up the app, make sure you:
- Have your Highlands College email and password
- Have completed Microsoft MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app
- Are connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data
Step 1: Download the Atrium Campus Connect App
Download the app from your device’s app store.
Search for: Atrium Campus Connect
Step 2: Open the App and Enter Your Highlands College Email
- Open the Atrium Campus Connect app
- Enter your full Highlands College email address
- Select Find Me
This helps the app locate Highlands College and begin setup.
Step 3: Confirm Highlands College
After entering your email:
- Verify that Highlands College appears on the screen
- Select Next
Step 4: Sign In with Your Highlands College Account
- Enter your Highlands College email and password
- Select Next
You may be redirected to Microsoft sign-in pages during this process.
Step 5: Approve the Microsoft Authenticator Request
You will receive a Microsoft Authenticator notification asking you to approve your sign-in request.
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app
- Approve the sign-in request
- Enter the matching number if prompted
Step 6: Access Your Digital Student ID
After setup is complete, your digital Highlands College ID card will appear inside the app dashboard. Inside the dashboard, students can:
- View their student ID
- Access HC Cash
- Manage mobile access
- Add their ID to Apple Wallet
Step 7: Add Your Student ID to Apple Wallet
To add your digital ID to Apple Wallet:
- Open your student ID card
- Select: Add to Apple Wallet
- Follow the prompts on your screen
- Select: Add
Your Highlands College ID is now stored in Apple Wallet for easy access.
