Microsoft Word Helpful Tools: Visit Microsoft Word Support for tutorials, instructions, and helpful resources.
Create a Document in Word
- Open the Microsoft Word application on your device or sign in to Microsoft 365 in your web browser.
- Sign in using your Highlands College email address and password.
- Select Blank Document to begin a new document.
- You can also select a template to create a resume, report, letter, or other type of document.
- Give your document a clear name and save it to OneDrive so your work is automatically saved and available across your devices.
Important: Confirm that AutoSave is turned on and that your document is saved before closing Microsoft Word.
